Shotcrete

In fresh shotcrete, EdenCrete® mixes glide smoothly through the pump, hose, and nozzle without segregating, sand packing, or clogging lines. The improved rheology of the mix adheres and carves better, reducing dust and waste from rebound. Hydraulic pump pressure can be reduced to save fuel and wear and tear on the equipment. The reduced dust allows for other trades and multiple nozzle-men to operate within the same enclosed area due to improved air quality and job site conditions. In hardened shotcrete, EdenCrete® improves durability, crack-resistance, and in-service performance as compared to traditional shotcrete.

Summary

Shotcrete

In shotcrete, EdenCrete® improves placement, safety, and job-site conditions for personnel. Using EdenCrete® makes shotcrete more durable and tolerant to service conditions, giving you the confidence to know that the job was done right.

Reduced pump pressures result in less dust and material waste due to rebound, reduced wear and tear on the pump, and lower fuel costs.

EdenCrete® Shotcrete Projects Include:

Residential hardscape

reinforcement of mountainside roadcuts

open space areas

Carving detailed finishes after placement is easier with EdenCrete® because of the improved paste, and the hardened paste does not flake or crack off as easily as traditional shotcrete.  Many contractors use EdenCrete® as a partial replacement for, or in lieu of, micro fibers.
